Best view of Text box

In the popup window that opens after you click "send email" button, I noticed that hides the "send" button as in the screenshot attached. for the appearance of the button I have to resize the text box, but for a user this solution may not be immediately intuited. How can I bring up directly by pressing "send" maybe increasing the height of the popup window or shrinking the text field titled "Il tuo messaggio"?
