No Contact Map

Hi

I have downloaded and installed the contactmap and assigned it to the contact that was already in my Joomla Contact List, however, when you click on the Contact Us on my website it does not show the Map, is there something that I should have done or is there something missing, has anyone else had a similar problem and if so how was it rectified
