New place submission from front end redirects to..

New place submission from front end redirects to Community Builder profile page and never submits. I've checked access and error logs and see nothing in the URL string that stands out. I've disabled various plug ins and components trying to determine the cause.

Joomla 3.4.1 with latest versions of:
